Music Initiatives

Music is a social art that can lift the entire society.

• Each School can have a Youth Orchestra that once a month will have a concert in the school Bakcyard.
• Each school would have Instruments for an orchestra purchased by the school, donated by former students that do not use them any more or donated by companies.
• After school programs - free music lessons.
• Schools would invite the local tv stations to their Saturday concerts. 
• Large public or parents of the students are invited to these weekly or monthly outside concerts, one grade at a time.
• School competitions of Youth orchestras with registration of the concerts on the York District School Board Youtube Channel school Channel and local television
